  Nancy Larkin Taylor was a horrendous landlord. She made numerous promises of repairs, of which took months to complete (securing a door which did not latch, leaving my mother's safety at risk). Many were not completed at all. My 95 year old mother was her tenant for over a year. The carpeting was falling apart from the time she moved in (and smelled like cat pee), fraying and buckling. My mother fell several times and Nancy was notified of this. Nothing was done by Nancy. Pictures were sent as well. Ms Taylor chose to not make any repairs, allowing the carpet to continue to fray and buckle. Ms Taylor has now refused to return my mother's security claiming the carpets were ruined by her pets. That is ludicrous! Unfortunately, my 95 year old mother (living off of social security) has not received the security due to her or any type of documentation as to why not. I'm guessing Ms Taylor is using her legal knowledge to hijack the security from an elderly woman. Shame on you,Nancy Larkin Taylor
