  So today after waiting at home all day and taking off work I had an appointment for my services to be connected I called at 9:16 a.m to add an extra box before they came which was supposed to be @ 3:00 I was told I had to pick it up or my days would be change until 2 days from now so I decided I'll pick it up and have service in at least one room tonight for my kids well around 11 I had a call stating I needed to confirm after I confirmed everything its now rolling in to 3 so im waiting and an hour and a half later I call to figure out why noone has shown they tell me maybe the driver is lost and I would get a call back so waiting another hour I call again only to be told that they called me and left a vm (which did not happen) then I asked ok can someone show up tomorrow I was told from the beginning of march to may was the next available time so I asked for management and apparently you cant speak to them so yea charter spectrum shouldn't be around at all if they run their business like that just sad truely pityful
